Postage
1. All goods ordered from our website will be dispatched on the next working day via first class Royal Mail. If any stock issues occur we will notify you (the customer) immediately via the email address you provided when purchasing. We offer a full refund on your purchase if we cannot meet your order.
2. We charge a standard postage, packaging and handling rate of £1.45 per tea ordered for UK customers, as according to Royal Mail prices. Postage prices may vary for tea wares. For overseas customers please contact us for postage costs. These cost are subject to change without notice.
3. We are not the primary mail carriers, as this service is carried out by Royal Mail we are not liable for any postage delays after dispatch.
Returns Policy
4. In the event that your Ning Jing Tea LTD purchase is not 100% to your satisfaction we offer a return policy as detailed here:
For our Tea Wares we offer a 30 day returns policy (minus return shipping costs) for your convenience. For our teas we offer a 14 day returns policy for unopened items only minus any return shipping costs. Unfortunately we cannot offer a returns policy on opened packets of tea but if you feel that our goods have not reached you in a proper state then please contact us and we will do our best to remedy your problem.

6. For shipping outside of the UK any relevant customs charges will be met by you, the user.
