This 2007 Iron Goddess of Mercy tea is produced in Fujian province. It is produced via a complicated process of drying and rolling producing a characteristic light green colour, flowery fragrant aroma and tightly rolled leaves.Very distinctive Jasmine tinted taste with an Autumnal berry flavour it leaves a soft lingering aftertaste that won't be forgotten.
